Hi, I'm Priscilla Koch, owner of The Urban Farmhouse Co. In 2019 I was having some gut health issues where my system was
completely out of balance. A friend suggested trying a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar every day and the Urban Farmhouse was born.
Over a short period, my gut imbalance was gone, and I realized I needed to share this with others.

The Urban Farmhouse proudly offers six core gourmet infused Shrub flavors as well as Colorado Hot Honey in point-of-sale sizes of 9 oz and 6.4 oz alongside kitchen use sizes in gallon and 1/2 gallon.
Our core flavor Shrubs are meant to spice up any dish with explosions of flavor as well as offering digestive and health support. Farmhouse Fire, Chimichurri, Mango Lemon Lime, Blueberry Lavender, Ginger Lemon, and Raspberry. The Urban Farmhouse infusions have a wide range of uses from cocktails and mocktails to salads, meats, and desserts. Our Shrubs are meant to take patrons on a journey all the way from the apéritifs to the digestives while also giving chefs in the back of the house more time as these assists with the management of food prep.
