WHO WE ARE


PriorityOne Group, formerly known as KD Service Group, is a regional foodservice equipment repair and maintenance company. With two divisions, Colorado and New Mexico, we provide customers with a regional partner capable of servicing an entire commercial kitchen. Each PriorityOne division operates three functional departments: Beverage & Espresso, Cooking, and Refrigeration with each offering equipment sales and commercial water filtration.

 

WHAT WE DO


At our core, we repair and maintain commercial foodservice equipment. Our capabilities are extensive. We provide 24/7/365 emergency service, planned maintenance, installation & removal services, factory start-ups, asset management and refurbishment programs, equipment training & calibration, in-shop repair services, warranty repair services, and OEM parts and equipment sales. We service all types of equipment including cold-side equipment (such as ice machines, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, display cases), hot-side equipment (such as ovens, grills, fryers), espresso machines (traditional and automatic), and all other beverage equipment (such as coffee, juice, tea, slushy or frozen drink equipment).
