W. West Equipment was founded in 1999 by Bill Johnson. The W. West mission is to provide an equipment procurement experience like no one else. Having completed our fifteenth year in our Denver headquarters, we offer a seamless solution from factory to jobsite by providing our own warehouse/staging facility and installation teams.

Our reputation at W. West Equipment as a professional, experienced, and highly recommended company has been spread completely through word of mouth and relationships in past projects.

Design/Build Services

Experience - Working closely with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors our designers work to create spaces that blend the expectations of the kitchen with the physical limits of expensive square footage. We have the experience necessary to design your labor, space, and energy-efficient facility.

Computer-Aided Design - W. West Equipment is fully CAD, REVIT, and SketechUp equipped and works easily with today’s leading architects and engineers.

Documentation - Develop a complete set of Construction Coordination documents to include: Scheduled Layout, Plumbing and Electrical Rough-In Drawings, Exhaust Ventilation Drawings, Building Conditions, and Detail Drawings as well as Equipment and Furnishings Elevations.

Equipment Services

Equipment Contracting & Procurement – Itemized equipment quotes of all kitchen equipment in W. West scope. Chain account purchasing power.

Site Coordination – Schedule review with Owner/Construction manager to establish critical path items. Field measurements, Plumbing & Electrical trade coordination before equipment delivery.

Delivery & Installation – All equipment is received, stored, and staged for delivery at our Denver office/warehouse. This gives us full control and coordination for "on-site as needed" delivery. Our review of all incoming equipment eliminates freight damage surprises at the critical installation phase.

Custom Stainless Steel – Supported by state of the art layout and cutting machinery, our preferred network of national fabricators find efficiencies that are passed on to our customers.

Refrigeration Packages – An important part of any food facility is the refrigeration component. W. West has a long-standing working relationship with proven refrigeration professionals who have completed hundreds of projects with us. We understand the importance of mechanical load and energy efficiencies involved in the proper sizing and start-up/calibration of these refrigeration systems.

Pre-Planning Existing Facility Services

In anticipation of re-branding an existing facility or understanding the value of the property, W. West Equipment can provide an evaluation of your facility. We can also provide replacement equipment to keep existing facilities operating.

Replacement Budgeting – Establishing long and short term budgeting for replacement equipment.
